We use water borne color paints (rather than solvent borne) that
emit far less VOC's (volatile organic compounds). This paint is air
dried as opposed to heat dried, thus eliminating the use of solvents
for clean up.
Ultraviolet curing body fillers and primers that reduce or eliminate
the use of solvents. (This process is similar to the way dentists
cure filling material).
Multi-stage dust filters in controlled work environments. Jacques
Andres implemented his own invention he calls the ecoplenum, a
multi-stage filtering system which helps to re-circulate the paint
booth emissions.
Ceiling filters to trap dust that would otherwise escape through the
roof and into the air.
Recycling and/or proper disposal of all paint waste and dismantled
car parts.
Clean Green Collision uses a high-pressure system to wash your car
after service is completed. This washing system uses minimal amounts
of water and biodegradable soap. The runoff water is filtered before
it goes into the proper drains.
